What a wonderfully busy day! It’s always a delight to spend time with Omar O. Robles, and today we had an important meeting that I truly looked forward to.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that their Steam Dumplings are actually Soup Dumplings, also known as Xiaolongbao!

I asked the friendly staff to pack up my Chow Fun and Intestines, and I couldn’t resist ordering another Xiaolongbao.

The menu simply describes them as steam dumplings, but here’s my delightful breakdown:

1. The black vinegar was absolutely delicious, boasting a rich flavor that paired perfectly with the Xiaolongbao and chili oil.

2. The Chow Fun was enjoyable—no complaints at all!

3. The Fried Pork Intestines were a real treat, with just the right amount of crispness. Jefferson Sweetwine loves them! (being funny … he hates intestines)

4. And the Xiaolongbao? Wow, they were incredible! You absolutely must stop by and try these. The soup and meats are simply YUMMY!

To my fantastic commercial and business clients, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve signed up with a platform that will provide exposure across all 50 states and U.S. territories.
